A large mosaic portrait of my deceased Maine Coon cat Tiggs (1995? – 2010), and with the usage of wires, light sockets, and LED bulbs, I made the cat’s eyes glow (albeit demonically)! This project was initially built in late 2013, but slightly rebuilt in 2016 using new electronics and a bedazzled design for the eyes. The original electronic setup used a crude circuit of small incandescent light bulbs held together, and the 2016 edition was built with a homemade grid of LEDs to illuminate the eyes.
