This is a vignette to promote my brickfilm animation that I’ve been gradually working on since June 2019, released in September of that year. This is a mixed-media project which combines stop-motion animation, live action footage, and special effects. Most of the footage consists of the Link puppet in a makeshift treehouse set, and additional animation consists of the Kokiri puppets shot on a blue screen. The establishing shots in the beginning are of a quick LEGO Kokiri Forest scene I built after concluding the stop-motion footage.
The box design for the cereal was created by me in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, using LEGO assets I’ve taken with my camera. The Lon Lon Milk bottle label was also designed by me in Illustrator.
If you watch the video, you’ll notice that I got some big YouTubers to play voiceovers: Turkey Tom as Link and Rusty Cage as Mido!
