Self portrait taken of me in early 2025 after I purchased a new portrait lens for my Nikon D750 DSLR camera. I also used a small external hot shoe mount flash. An interesting note is that I had laser eye surgery in fall 2024, and as you can tell I’m no longer wearing contact lenses. In previous portraits, in extreme close-ups you could see the edges of the contacts placed on my eyes.
