Stylized battle pose of my custom Ace of Diamonds card magnifigure, taken with a macro lens. Behind the figure is a dark blue pillowcase with the red and orange party bulb shined against it, which showed up as a swirled pattern of dark purple and blue.

This shot was especially difficult to take, as I had to find just the right angle which the pike didn’t cover the face, and so that the heart insignia on the chest was legible.Getting the elongated double-sided pike weapon into the whole shot without clipping was also a challenge, since the macro lens has a 1:1 ratio.
